LABS SYLLABUS FACULTY PROFILE PLACEMENTS
The department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Aurora's Engineering College was set up in the year 1998, since then department has made remarkable progress towards achieving its goal. The department is offering B.Tech course in EEE and one M.Tech programme in Power Electronics and it also got approval for introducing M.Tech course in Real Time Control of Power Systems which is a first of its kind in India. The department has got a well acclaimed faculty for its R&D activities, having published 56 papers till date in referred International Journals, National Journals and Conferences.
The department has conducted several workshops and Staff Development Programs aided by AICTE in order to promote knowledge and upgrade skills which can cater the needs of industry and teaching fraternity. The department apart from its regular teaching and training programme promotes an ambience of self development, innovativeness and inclination towards R&D among students by exposing them to the real environment, which they will come across in their subsequent professional career through industrial tours, technical symposiums, guest lectures and seminars.
The department promotes leadership qualities in students by constituting student governing bodies for professional society ISTE and departmental society SEE. The department's excellent teaching-learning process, equipped laboratories, R&D activities, infrastructure and a strong desire to match up its standards at par with other internationally acclaimed institutions encouraged it to go for NBA accreditation process and it is extremely confident make it with good remarks.
