LABS SYLLABUS FACULTY PROFILE PLACEMENTS
In Aurora Engineering College, the Department of Computer Science & Engineering has very strong faculty with Four Professors having Ph.D qualification and no other Department of any private engineering college in Andhra Pradesh can boost off. In addition to the Professors, the Department has Six Assistant Professors and Six Senior Lecturers and Ten Lecturers.
The Department of CSE offers an Undergraduate Program with an intake of 120 students and Two P.G. Programs with an intake of 25 students in Software engineering and 18 students in Web Technologies. The department has state of the art dual core processor Computer systems of "IBM" and "HP". The department has also state of the art software namely Rational Suite, Oracle 10g, Power Center Informatica, Cognos etc.
The department is actively engaged in Research in the areas of Cryptography and Network Security, High-speed networks, Neural Network Applications, etc. Senior Members of the faculty of the department have published Research papers extensively in International Journals of repute and a few have guided Ph.Ds also. The department also helps the students in honing their skills in showing better creativity and also being innovative.
Further, it imparts additional knowledge in some of the emerging areas of computer science and engineering and is very much successful in the rapidly changing and ever expanding areas of computer science. The department has been taking active role in conducting short-term and long-term courses and mini projects for the benefit of of its students and faculty.
